»Administrative Automation 2.0 – Automated Issuance of Administrative Acts and Administrative Discretion«: The study deals with the automated issuance of administrative acts from a legal-dogmatic, legal-theoretical, and technical perspective. The automation-related regulations in VwVfG, AO and SGB X are systematically analyzed, and the need for changes in legal policy is then identified, taking into account legal-theoretical and technical findings. The focus of the study is on the relationship between automated administrative acts and administrative discretion. Über den Autor Daniel Busche studierte von 2009 bis 2015 Rechtswissenschaften an der WWU Münster und der Universität Lissabon. Anschließend absolvierte er sein Rechtsreferendariat am Landgericht Münster mit Stationen u. a. an der Deutschen Botschaft in Washington D.C. und dem Bundesverfassungsgericht. Von Dezember 2017 bis März 2018 sowie von Oktober 2022 bis September 2023 war er in einer Großkanzlei in Düsseldorf in Voll- bzw. Teilzeit tätig. Seit April 2018 ist er als Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an der Professur für öffentliches Recht (Prof. Dr. Lothar Michael) der HHU Düsseldorf beschäftigt.
